It's a little game I call "Survival of the Fastest"

[The video cuts in to a rather tiny man. He's smirking broadly and shifting from foot to foot, though it doesn't seem to be due to any sort of anxiety.]

Now that I have your attention, I have some questions for the lot of you. You see, I woke up here when I'm positive I was last on board my ship, awaiting that infernal bandicoot's challenge.

[A pause. Oxide taps a finger to his chin in thought.]

Ah, right! There's also something horribly wrong with my body. I'm missing a set of legs. ...Oh, and I seem to be a human for some inexplicable reason.

[He looks mildly perturbed at that, but shrugs it off easily.]

Now then! If you have any information, I suggest you contact me immediately. I don't have all day, you understand. I have a race to win and a world to conquer.

[Though he adds in an undertone before shutting the Gear off,] I'm not entirely sure if it's this world or not...
